  Sanjai Kumar Srivastava Boss you can try closed reduction . Hyper extension and push capilulum to bed with a k wire or needle from front. Keep it pressed and flex. If it reduces its stable if not ORIF with herbert. I have done many cases it works.

  Anuj Agrawal Vipin Shukla You have reduced the radiocapitellar dislocation, but not the fracture. The capitellum is still displaced, and hinged upon posteriorly. The anterior humeral line is passing posterior to the capitellum, and it is making an angle of over 90° with the humeral shaft (whereas it should be around 40°).
  The fracture should be opened and fixed now, which should have been done in the first place.
