Already posted case ,60 yrs old man with arthritis rt hip , not able to walk for past 5 years , had problems in hip and limping for past 20 yrs, THR done with Depuys pinnacle cup and cemented stem

  Manikandan Jeyaprakash Basically it's uncemented cup , mesh I generally use when I do cemented hips for reinforcing medial wall , in this case I have placed grafts , wt bearing I will go for ur opinion

  About the mesh that's what I wanted to know. ... In 60 year old patient cemented cup also cud have been used

  Chandrashekhar R DIXIT Bone graft is must... whether mesh is there or not. U put 4 screws! ! Anterior 2 screws? ? Do u have hold? ? Whats the size of acetabulum? ? From where u got graft? ? Any thing u did to ease lateralisation of hip center? ?
