  Rahul Damle Ideally to maintain the HKA axis, a std DHS works better due to the shaft lateralisation ! Now, may cause more valgus stress on the knee due to the valgus Osteotomy and use of double angled plate. Anyways a good result !!

  Vikas Saxena Lucky, but at last good result. This is really good option in fracture neck of femur with high pauwel angle and non union neck of femur particularly in young patients.
